Event Description

Discover how Bloomington nurtured and developed the art of trapeze – the story of a community within a community. Learn about the principal players as well as the circus community itself and the development of the most important training center for trapeze in America. Find out how the Valentine family, who had four sons, formed various flying trapeze acts, including the Flying Valentinos, and impacted the circus industry.
