Advance Care Planning and the Queer Community

Charlotte Hoffman of Carle BroMenn will lead a presentation and workshop on advance care planning with the aim of helping participants, especially queer folks, to think through and communicate their healthcare wishes in the event they are not able to advocate for themselves.
