Event Description

The American Democracy Project at Illinois State is a cooperative effort by students. faculty, staff, and administration. The goal of the American Democracy Project is to promote civic engagement, in many different forms, on the part of students, now and in the future.

For Constitution Day 2018, the American Democracy Project will be hosting a documentary screening of “Race: The Power of an Illusion,” which is episode 3 of The House We Live In. Following the screening, Professor Roger Biles will facilitate a discussion about the Fair Housing Act in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of its adoption.

This event will be held in Milner Library, Floor 6, NW Corner.
