Black Colleagues Association “Fam Foolery” game night
Did you know that playing games can elevate happiness, increase motivation, and strengthen relationships? So why wouldn’t you join the Black Colleagues Association for food, fun, and “Fam Foolery?”
We get to have this fun thanks to Rachel (Clark) Gregoire ’09 and her husband, Chris, owners of Trap WarsTM The Urban Game Night Experience and co-founders of Fam Foolery. After realizing a distinct lack of cultural representation in the gaming industry, the couple launched the company. They use gamification to educate, create meaningful moments, and develop inclusive atmospheres in personal and professional lives.
But that’s not all. We’ll be playing bid whist, spades, backgammon and more. So, come out and show your skills! Light appetizers will be provided until exhausted. If you can hang, come early and stay late! This is an event for adults 21+ and the venue will remain open until 2 a.m.
The night is free but registration is required by 4:30 p.m. on September 25 online or by calling Alumni Engagement-Chicago Office at (309) 438-3500
