Career Fair for International Students
Tuesday, April 8, 2025 , 10:00 am – 1:00 pm CDT
This virtual career fair connects Redbirds with employers able to hire candidates with temporary work authorization (OPT/CPT) and/or sponsor a H-1B visa for the right candidate. All students are invited to attend, but it will be most helpful for international students seeking employment in the United States.
Employer registration
Employer registration is free, but employers must register for the Career Fair for International Students to participate. Be sure to check out the Employer Resource Guide for Virtual Career Fairs before the event.

Fair preparation tips for students
- Construct an effective resume. Then, connect with Career Services during drop-in hours for feedback.
- Connect with your career advisor for help on how to describe yourself and answer other common employer questions.
- Attend Navigating Career Fairs for useful tips from employers to help you be prepared and confident when participating in the career fair.
