Cook with a Redbird chef: Summer edition
One of the more popular alumni and friends events may not be in person, but that does not mean Redbirds can’t cook with a Redbird chef from home this summer. Join Illinois State Family and Consumer Sciences graduate student Isabelle Strack as she teaches viewers how to make falafel and tzatziki sauce.
The virtual event is free to attend. Participants can register now through July 28 online or by calling Alumni Engagement at (309) 438-2586.
In the following days, once registration is completed, guests will receive via email the falafel and tzatziki sauce recipe, grocery list, and a step-by-step video to follow along to prepare a new entree to add to summer menus.
