COVID 19: Impact on Mental Health and Access to Social Services (International Seminar Series)

The Spring 2021 International Seminar Series will focus on Covid 19: International Perspectives, with online seminars each Wednesday from noon – 1:00 p.m.
On March 17, the focus will be a European perspective on how the pandemic has affected mental health and access to social services. The round table will include Christian Decker, psychotherapist from Dresden, Germany and two representatives from a social service agency serving immigrants in Paris, France: Fatiha Mlati and Alice Verdu.
Seminars will provide experts from around the world sharing their insights on the pandemic. The series is a collaboration of the Illinois State University Office of International Studies and Programs (OISP) and Mennonite College of Nursing (MCN). Series coordinators are MCN Dean Judy Neubrander and Dr. Susana Calderon.
