Creating and Grading Quizzes in Canvas

The Canvas Quiz tool is a great way to offer assessments, surveys, and practice quizzes to your students. In this workshop, we will review the differences between Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes, the two quiz engines offered in Canvas. However, because New Quizzes is still in development, we will focus on Classic Quizzes: creating a quiz with different question types, creating question banks, moderating a quiz, and grading a quiz using SpeedGrader. We’ll also talk about adding a quiz to an assignment group in order to set rules to drop lowest grades, etc. Registration is required.
