David Brian Williams Visiting Artist Performance: Franck Vigroux

International Visiting Artist Franck Vigroux will give a public performance on Friday, February 21 from 6-7:30 p.m. at University Galleries. The performance is free and open to the public.
This performance is part of the David Brian Williams School of Creative Technologies Visiting Artist Series, and is partially sponsored by Bloomington-Normal’s pt.fwd.
Franck Vigroux is a multifaceted artist whose works range from experimental electronic to modern composition and music theatre. With influences from industrial to musique concrète, his music embodies tectonic tensions, beats, and a very personal approach to sonic exploration. He has been touring worldwide and collaborated with artists such as Mika Vainio (Pan Sonic) and many more. His music is released on Raster Media and Aesthetical.
Opening the show will be Tee Vera, an electronic musician working with genres spanning dance and experimental sound collages.
