Event Description

Are you feeling anxious, stressed, or just need to take a break from your busy day?  Join Health Promotion and Wellness during their Drop-In Meditation sessions every Friday beginning at Noon.

These sessions will be held via Zoom.  Click on the link to Join Zoom Meeting.

Meditation will assist you in achieving better attention and awareness, mental clarity, and a calm emotional state.
