Event Description

Are you feeling anxious, stressed, or just need to take a break from your busy day?  Join Health Promotion and Wellness during their Drop-In Meditation sessions every Tuesday beginning at 4:00 p.m.

These sessions will be held via Zoom.  Click on the link to Join Zoom Meeting.

Meditation will assist you in achieving better attention and awareness, mental clarity, and a calm emotional state.
