The LEI Ph.D. was created for administrative and teacher leaders who aspire to make a positive impact on social justice and equity in education. Our students become effective evaluators and producers of research and advance their careers in P-20 education, educational think-tanks, and governmental and non-governmental organizations. This is a Chicago-based weekend cohort program where students meet four weekends per semester. Candidates work full-time and attend classes part-time. Students may add Superintendent & Chief School Business Official (CSBO) endorsements.
