Half Century Club Reunion Weekend
Come home to Illinois State University! The Illinois State University Half Century Club honors all alumni whose classes graduated 50 or more years ago.
Join Illinois State April 28–29 for our Half Century Club reunion as we induct the Class of 1967 and enjoy a weekend full of reminiscing, reconnecting, and Redbird pride.
This special reunion is a chance for alumni to reconnect with their alma mater and celebrate all the successes Illinois State has experienced. This is also a chance to hear how Illinois State University has evolved over time and meet President Larry Dietz. It will be a weekend not to miss.
Events on April 28–29 are open to all classes from 1967 and prior.
Friday begins at 11 a.m. with the Half Century Club welcome luncheon in the Hancock Stadium Club. A chance to go on tours of the University Farm, Redbird Athletics areas, the historic Quad and more follows the luncheon. This is a great chance to see all that has changed on campus and learn about areas that may not have been visited during time on campus.
Friday evening is highlighted by the Half Century Club dinner at the Alumni Center. Enjoy a reception and sit-down dinner and university updates from President Dietz. The highlight of the evening will be the induction of the Class of 1967 into the Half Century Club and the honoring of the landmark classes (1942, 1947, 1952, 1957, 1962).
Saturday begins with the Half Century Club breakfast at the Alumni Center before a duo of sessions with presentations by Illinois State’s new Vice President for Student Affairs Levester “LJ” Johnson and Horticulture Center Coordinator Jessica Chambers.
Register at the link above by April 19 or call Alumni Relations at (800) 366-4478, or by returning the completed invitation sent in the mail.
The Half Century Club Reunion Weekend is one of several events and services offered through Illinois State’s new Redbird Prime Alumni Network.
