Intro to Mindfulness Part II
Tuesday, April 7, 2026 , 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm CDT
This class will build on the mindfulness skills that were developed in the Part I class. The format is the same and we will practice some of the same mindfulness techniques, but you will also learn about and practice new mindfulness skills. New skills will include the Loving-Kindness meditation, seated chair movement, and a mini-silent retreat. You will also get a copy of Real Happiness by Sharon Salzberg, that is a wonderful book to read that will help support your mindfulness practice.
This course will meet once a week and attendance at each session recommended.
