In our Koru mindfulness classes, you will learn to practice various mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help to improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your focus on tasks at work or academically, lead to better eating behaviors, and contribute to a greater sense of well-being and happiness. These classes each have four sessions.   Class #1 will be held in person and class #2 will be held via zoom.

Wednesdays: October 19, 26, November 2, and 9

Class #2

Thursdays: October 20, 27, November 3, and 10
3:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
