Koru 2.0 Mindfulness Class for Employees
The Koru 2.0 Mindfulness Class is a free, four week mindfulness and meditation class that is the “advanced” class for faculty and staff who have already completed the Koru Basic class. Koru 2.0 builds on the skills developed in Koru Basic and provides an opportunity for participants to further their practice and deepen their skills. This course meets once a week for four weeks (Wednesdays, October 16, 23, 30, and November 6), and each session is 60 minutes. Attendance at all four sessions is required.
