Koru 2.0 Mindfulness for Students & Employees
The Koru 2.0 Mindfulness Class is a free, four-week mindfulness and meditation class that is the “advanced” class for employees and students who have already completed the Koru Basic class. Koru 2.0 builds on the skills developed in Koru Basic and provides an opportunity for participants to further their practice and deepen their skills. This course meets once a week for four weeks (November 6, 13, 27, & December 4), and each session is 75 minutes. Attendance at all four sessions is required.
