Koru 2.0 Fall Class (4 weeks)

In our Koru mindfulness classes, you will learn to practice various mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help to improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your focus on tasks at work or academically, lead to better eating behaviors, and contribute to a greater sense of well-being and happiness. Each class is four sessions. The course is free, but registration is required.

Wednesdays:  November 1, 8, 15, and 29
Time:  Noon – 1:00 p.m.
