Koru Basic Mindfulness Classes (4 sessions per class)

In our Koru mindfulness classes, you will learn to practice various mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help to improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your focus on tasks at work or academically, lead to better eating behaviors, and contribute to a greater sense of well-being and happiness. These classes each have four sessions. Class #1 will be held in person and class #2 will be held via zoom.
Wednesdays: September 21, 28, October 5, and 12
Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Thursdays: September 22, 29, October 6, and 13
3:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
These courses are free, but registration is required.
