Mindful Faculty, Mindful Students
Learn about the value of mindfulness and simple strategies that promote a mindful classroom. Attendees will also learn about the role of mindfulness in self-compassion, a practice robustly associated with reductions in stress and maladaptive perfectionism. The workshop will also focus on developing problem-solving strategies for reducing distractions and building focus for both faculty and students. A stipend is available for eligible participants. Registration is required.
