Mindfulness – Koru 2.0 (For all faculty, staff, and students)

Event Description

Koru Mindfulness classes are free four-week courses that help you learn about and practice various mindfulness and meditation techniques. These techniques can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve focus, academic performance, and eating behaviors; Mindfulness when practiced, contributes to a greater sense of well-being and overall happiness. Two versions are offered: Basic and 2.0. Classes are free, but space is limited.

Koru 2.0

  • Wednesdays:  October 13, 20, 27, and November 3
    • Noon – 1 p.m. via Zoom
  • Thursdays:  October 14, 21, 28, and November 4
    • 3:30 – 4:45 p.m. via Zoom
