Northern California Area Alumni Network #RedbirdImpact beach clean-up
Event Description
As part of #RedbirdImpact Month, the Northern California Area Alumni Network is holding a clean-up at Crown Beach.
Bring your Redbird family and friends along with your own buckets, gloves, and cleaning tools as we come together to make a difference. Following the cleaning, the group will head to Almanac Brewery (family-friendly) for some conversation and food.
10-11 a.m., Crown Beach clean-up @ Sand Castle Picnic Area, Alameda
11:30 a.m., Almanac Brewery, 651 West Tower Avenue, Alameda
Parking is free or public transit is available on the Alameda Ferry from San Francisco or Bart to Oakland. Be sure to wear your ISU gear. Those interested in volunteering can RSVP to Samantha Lowry, associate director of ISU Alumni Engagement by noon on Friday, June 23.
