SMART Recovery (Self Management and Recovery Training) is science-based and supports individuals who have chosen to abstain or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities), by teaching how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions; and to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life. SMART focuses on building tools and skills in the following areas: Enhancing and Maintaining Motivation; Coping with Urges; Managing Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors; and Living a Balanced Life.
This is a closed meeting, which means that only individuals who are seeking help for themselves can attend.
