Study Abroad First Steps Session
Attend one of our First Steps sessions! These informational meetings are held two times per week, every week during the school year where you can learn how to get started exploring study abroad opportunities. These sessions are a great introduction, as they cover the basics of a first appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor without having to make an appointment!
By attending these sessions you will learn:
How to navigate the Study Abroad website
How to find classes
How to read a budget
Where to find scholarships
The timeline of the application process
How to apply
After attending First Steps, you will be prepared to meet with a Study Abroad Advisor. This allows you time to explore program options and ask specific questions. The Advisor is able to help you determine which program is the best fit for you academically, financially, and personally.
First Steps sessions for the Fall 2017 semester will be held every:
Wednesday – 3-3:50 p.m., Fell Hall 212
Thursday – 3:30-4:20 p.m., Fell Hall 212
