Event Description

Michael Brown, the Executive Director of the Ecology Action Center in Normal, will present a talk entitled, “Recycling in Crisis?”, at 4:30 p.m. at the University Club in the Founders Suite in the Bone Student Center.  Mr. Brown will discuss the current concerns about recycling programs and the fact that many programs appear to have changed what and how materials are handled.  His perspectives will help us understand the nature of the apparent recycling crisis.

All faculty, staff, annuitants and other members of the University community are welcome to join us at the University Club from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the Founders Suite in the Bone Student Center. You need not be a University Club member to attend. Additional information about U-Club events and activities can be found at our website. Continued program support is provided by the Offices of the ISU Provost and President. In addition, snacks and liquid refreshments are available at each meeting.
