Event Description

Professor Michael Dicker, Illinois State University School of Music, will give a presentation entitled, “Trials and Tribulations of a Roving Bassoonist!” at 4:30 p.m. at the University Club in the ATRIUM in the Bone Student Center. Professor Dicker describes his presentation as follows: “Naturally you need to know what a bassoon is! So, I will bring one. And, I will demonstrate how it functions. Then I will talk about how I function!…including my work at ISU.”

All faculty, staff, annuitants and guests are welcome to join us at the University Club from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. this Friday in the ATRIUM in the Bone Student Center. You need not be a University Club member to attend. Additional information about U-Club events and activities can be found at our website, http://uclub.illinoisstate.edu/. Continued program support is provided by the Office of the ISU Provost and President. In addition, snacks and liquid refreshments are available at each meeting. Please make a special note that the meeting venue for this date is in the Atrium rather than in the Founders Suite.
