What to Expect When You’re Expecting an Internship

Do you have an upcoming internship? Join Career Services for a virtual panel discussion with Redbirds who have an internship or recently finished one. Learn about their experiences and get their perspective on a broad range of topics such as appropriate ways to communicate with your internship supervisor, to more intricate details such as what to pack for lunch.
Employers will also share about their internship programs, and provide best practices to improve your transferable skills during an internship. In addition, a career advisor will share how to advocate for yourself during your internship to enhance your professional development and growth.
This engaging session is to sure to help relieve your anxieties about your internship by creating a safe space for you to ask questions, or just come to listen.
