7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Event Description

Wednesday, February 17 from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom (prior registration required)
Tuesday, February 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. via Zoom (prior registration required)

The best way to prevent plagiarism is to know more about it! Milner Library is teaming up with the Visor Center to offer a new workshop on academic integrity. Take this workshop to learn about how Illinois State University defines academic integrity and plagiarism, what that looks like on the page, and tips and strategies for avoiding plagiarism. All of this information will help you steer clear of issues with academic integrity long term. This workshop is great for anyone taking research and writing based courses, and recommended for first-year students.

Sign up is required by 4 p.m. the day of the workshop. Register online at https://appointments.illinoisstate.edu/ramonline/Appointment?AGID=1587&P=157&AG=1587&D=-5000
