Yelling Fire in a Crowded Theater: Free Speech in the Real World
This session will use a combination of Supreme Court cases and real world examples to explore the way(s) free speech has evolved in the United States since 1787. Free speech is fundamental to a free society, but the constitution evolves. So does the previous right of free speech.
