Francis Awa, a master's student from Illinois State University Department of Chemistry, will present "Investigations Into the Synthesis of Quinone-fused Carbaporphyrins" on November 15.

Dr. Michael Beck of Eastern Illinois University will present a seminar titled "Chemical Tools to Investigate Spatially Organized Chemistry on November 19.

Dr. Puja Goyal of SUNY - Binghampton, New York, will present a seminar titled "Role of Structure & Conformational Dynamics in Photoreceptor Protein Function" on November 22.

Sudarshana Patra, a master's student from Illinois State University Department of Chemistry, will present a seminar titled "Nanopatterning Inorganic Materials Using Selective Infiltration Inside Polymers for Emerging Technologies" on November 22.

Dr. Jason Calvin of Harvard University, will present a seminar titled "Quantum Dot Surface Chemistry: Ligands, Structures, Energies, and Quantum Information Applications" on December 2.

Austin Carter, a master's student from Illinois State University Department of Chemistry, will present a seminar titled: "Developing Tools to Combat Multi-Drug Resistance in Gram-Negative Bacteria: A Diversity-Enabling Modular Total Synthesis of the Potent Antimicrobial Agent Streptothricin F" on December 6.
