Shirley R. Steinberg, research professor of critical youth studies at the University of Calgary, will present "Listening To Their Generation: Advocacy and Support with Youth" to discuss ways in which to support and elevate today's youth on Tuesday, September 4, with a 6:30 p.m. reception and a 7 p.m. talk in the Escalante Room (VRO 103) of Hewett-Manchester residence halls.
The ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of the Illinois State University Redbird Adventure Center will take place at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at the Redbird Adventure Center located at 1700 W. Gregory St., Normal. Refreshments and tours will follow the ceremony.
