Intro to Mindfulness Part II

Mindfulness courses are free for ISU faculty, staff, students, and ISU retirees, and held as four-week sessions that help you learn about and practice various mindfulness and meditation techniques based from the evidence-based program, Koru. These techniques can improve sleep; reduce stress and anxiety levels; and improve focus, academic performance, and eating behaviors. Mindfulness when practiced, contributes to a greater sense of well-being and overall happiness. Two versions are offered: Basic and 2.0. classes are free, but space is limited.
