We all manage projects and we don’t need the title of project manager (PM) to do that. Let’s talk about how we can better manage those things we all call “projects” such as a new initiative, improving an existing process, or developing a training course. You know, those little efforts that happen frequently enough you wish you could “remember what you did last time.” Discover what the project management discipline can teach us to incorporate into those small projects we do every day. We’ll talk about planning, budget–time–scope relationships, risks and “Plan B,” and lessons learned. You can share ideas you may have to make these efforts easier and more predictable.
