Project Connect – Session 2

Health Promotion and Wellness is excited to share a wonderful opportunity for students to connect, make new friends, and build meaningful relationships through the new Project Connect program.

This program will bring together small groups of students, led by trained peer facilitators.  These facilitators will lead engaging conversations using structured questions and fun activities. Each session is designed to help you get to know one another better in a safe and supportive environment.

Project Connect will meet once a week for five one-hour sessions. The program is evidence-based, demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing loneliness, enhancing social connectedness, and improving mental health. The best part? You don’t need to know anyone beforehand to join!

Health Promotion and Wellness believes this initiative can make a positive impact and would encourage you to be a part of it!
