Would you like to improve your sleep?

Join Our New Sleep Program “Sweet Dreams Redbirds!”

Health Promotion and Wellness is thrilled to share that we are launching an innovative eight-week sleep program, “Sweet Dreams Redbirds,” beginning September 9! Developed by esteemed faculty from the Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, this program incorporates therapeutic strategies specifically designed to address insomnia and improve sleep quality.

Throughout the program, participants will receive weekly emails that focus on various elements influencing both the quality and length of sleep.  Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to complete a weekly sleep log, allowing for personal reflection, and tracking of their progress.
