Dr. Mikhail V. Grachev served as faculty in the United States, as well as in France, the U.K., Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Japan, Hong Kong, and Russia. His research is focused on international management, business strategy, leadership, and culture. He is the Major Collaborator and Country Co-Investigator in the award-winning 62-societies' Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) research project.
